Reservations need to be made by email. 

• Reservations will be confirmed once the client's credit card details have been received by the reception team. 

• 25% of the total payment is required as deposit. 

• Reservation confirmation will always be sent after the 25% deposit has been paid. 

• The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to check in date. 

• Your reservation confirms compliance with the Cancellation Policy and Conditions.

High Season 

• 14 days before arrival – no charge 

• Less than 14 days before arrival – deposit will be charged. 

• Less than 7 days before arrival – total amount of the booking will be charged. 

• Check out before end of booking – total amount of the booking will be charged.

Mid and Low Season

• 7 days before arrival – no charge

Check In 

• At check in a valid passport or photo id will be required (not a driving license) from each guest
